Classic Shutter Range – Douglas Fir Wood at MDF prices
Made from the New Zealand Douglas Fir Wood,including the frame. We chose this product for its toughness and durability. There is a choice of tilt rods including the hidden system. Louvre sizes ranging from 64mm to 114mm. 12 waterbase colours from whites to grey.
Premium Basswood
Very lightweight. Looks great stained. Used for: Special shapes, circular, arched, tier on tier. Hanging up to three bi-fold panels from one hinge.
Ashwood
Wood grain finish. Ashwood was chosen for its strength, hardness, weight and shock resistance. It’s stunning grain is enhanced by a choice of 28 water colours and 15 oil based finishes. .

Our polywood shutters were designed for bathrooms. Where MDF, wooden shutters failed against humidity developing defects such as warping and paint blowing. They are tough , hard wearing and can withstand high humidity , moisture and direct water contact.

Our installation team will arrange a survey to measure for the final sizes and specifications for manufacturing of your shutters. They are fully trained and experienced so you can have total confidence that your beautiful new shutters will be expertly fitted. Our best practice policy automatically include the use of dust sheets and a vacuum and tidy up when we have finished working in your home. We then demonstrate your shutters to you and carry out a final inspection with you to ensure your total satisfaction.
